On August 1, 2025, the moment finally arrived: Our two new trainees, Gleb and Mika, have started with us. For them, an exciting chapter begins – their training to become industrial management assistants. Over the next few years, they will not only learn a lot but also actively contribute to driving our company forward.
A Diverse Training Path
During their training, Gleb and Mika will get to know various departments – from procurement and sales to production. This will give them a comprehensive view of the different processes that work hand in hand within our company. They will take on tasks such as sourcing materials, managing customer relationships, and preparing quotes in their respective areas. This will involve not only theory but, more importantly, hands-on experience that they will be able to shape step by step.
Tasks and Challenges
Both trainees will face a variety of tasks and challenges in their daily work. Whether it's communicating with suppliers, placing orders, or handling customer inquiries, they will always work at the interface between different departments. They will learn not only how to compare offers, calculate prices, or manage inventory, but also the importance of working well within a team to find solutions.
Especially in the world of industrial valves, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Gleb and Mika will learn how to address the individual needs of our customers – whether in product development or throughout the entire project process.
Insights into All Areas
Throughout their training, Gleb and Mika will not only get to know the tasks relevant to their departments but also dive into other areas, such as production. These insights will help them acquire technical knowledge about our products, understand the processes across the entire company, and see how important collaboration between teams is.
